Before you book

Expectation

Hair should already be prepped for service.

This means washed/taken down from previous style. No products should be in the hair.

Consultation

New Clients Only:

A consultation must be done before scheduling first service.

• The consolation is the time to ask any questions about the services that has not been answered before hand. This is your one on one time to address any other hair goals as well.

• Consultation is $20. The deposit for the consultation is $10. The remainder could be paid through the ChairWatch app, Venmo or CashApp.

• After client has confirmed the need of service, the consultation fee is used as the deposit for the future service. It is up to the customer to have consultation at place of residents or a neutral location. This is a 100% mobile service. No traveler’s fee will be charged at this time.

Deposit

• Deposit must be paid to secure appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Canceled appointments results in loss of deposit.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

• Rescheduling appointments must be done 3 days before scheduled appointment.

• Rescheduled appointments must be done within 30 days of the original appointment date, or the entire service will be canceled, and deposit will be lost.

• When appointment are cancelled, a new deposit is required to schedule new service.

Traveler’s Fee

This is a 100% mobile service.

• Travler’s Fee is calculated by the mileage from “15135 North Fwy Houston Tx, 77090” to your place of residents/location of your choice to have services performed.

• Cost is $1 per mile from address “15135 North Fwy Houston Tx, 77090”.

• Traveler’s Fee is paid through ChairWatch app, Venmo or CashApp upon completion of service.

Children

For children services, the child must be 10 yrs of age at least. The pricing for children services is between 10 -15 yrs of age. 16 yrs of age and older will be the adult price.
